What You’ll Do

Support the end-to-end recruitment process across functions and roles, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer support.

Source candidates using a mix of job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and proactive outreach to build candidate pipelines.

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings to assess basic role fit, motivation, and communication skills.

Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and feedback collection with hiring managers and candidates.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the ATS, ensuring process consistency and data quality.

Support recruiting projects and process improvements as the team scales, including employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
What You'll Need

0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, coordination, or related roles (fresh graduates with strong interest in recruiting are welcome).

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Comfort working with tools such as Google Sheets / Excel and basic ATS systems.

A proactive, learning-oriented mindset and willingness to take feedback.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on execution.
(Prior recruiting experience is helpful but not required - we value attitude, curiosity, and execution ability.)
