Description

A strong Senior Automation technical lead with experience in tech transformation, operating model set up and experience in designing, developing, and overseeing the implementation of intelligent automation solutions that streamline business processes using Robotic Process Automation (RPA), artificial intelligence (AI).

Minimum Qualifications

6+ years experience in application development with proven track record of developing highly reliable and scalable systems.
Experience in building solutions using GenAI.
Experience with designing and implementing highly available, distributed systems and web services.
Good understanding of object oriented techniques, algorithms, Java design patterns and reusable component design.
Proven record of completing projects on-time and to specification.
Strong analysis, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
Good verbal and written communications skills.

Experience in RPA and AgenticAI.
Passion to use GenAI to build innovative solutions.

Education
BS / MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
