The Role:This role is for a product manager focused on community strategy for a blockchain and cryptocurrency platform.
The Person:The person will own community content strategy and roadmap work, improve post ranking and content recommendation, and drive user growth, retention, and cross-functional execution through data validation and iterative product design.
Requirements:The ideal candidate has 3–8 years of experience in strategy products, community products, or content ecosystems, with experience in Web3, fintech, or large-scale content communities and hands-on experience with post ranking and content recommendation.

Responsibilities

Own strategy design and ongoing optimization for a community content product (Square), with a focus on post ranking, content recommendation, distribution, and filtering mechanisms.

Improve user experience, community engagement, and retention through better content quality and ranking strategies, using content to drive overall user growth.

Define the overall community content strategy and long-term roadmap for the content ecosystem, including content classification, recommendation optimization, and distribution mechanisms.

Design and continuously iterate content recommendation and distribution strategies, with DAU growth and user retention as key objectives.

Analyze the relationship between community engagement and core user behaviors, develop growth strategies, and drive cross-functional collaboration and competitive analysis.

Independently manage the full product cycle, from strategy development and feature design to data validation and ongoing iteration, turning strategies into practical product solutions.

Requirements

3–8 years of experience in strategy products, community products, or content ecosystems. Experience with Web3, fintech, or large-scale content communities is preferred.

Hands-on experience with post ranking, content recommendation, user retention, or content-driven growth.

Strong strategic thinking with the ability to balance short-term execution and long-term platform development.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate and improve content quality, community health, and user engagement.

Clear and structured thinking, with the ability to break down complex ecosystem challenges and build phased, actionable roadmaps.

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to align multiple stakeholders on strategy and execution.
