Job Description
The APAC Product team is responsible for defining a new model of building, launching, and scaling commercial solutions leveraging close proximity to markets and best-in-class partnerships with our business teams. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a proven strengths and track record in working across many cross-functional stakeholder teams as well as product areas. This role will need to be self-driven, requires a passion for the unique markets in the APAC region, and the capacity to establish effective relationships across key teams in the US.
- Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products
- Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution
- Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers
- Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
- Understand Facebook’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized as best in industry
- Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and innovative solutions are the norm
- 10+ years of experience in building software products as a product manager or product owner
- 10+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, design and user research teams
- BA or BS in Computer Science or related field
- Experience navigating through the full product life-cycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization, and pre/post-launch execution
- Experience using data to solve business problems
- Communication and presentation experience
- Experience with product growth and multi-channel marketing
- Experience with building consumer or enterprise AI product at large scale
- Experience with building 0->1 and scaling monetization products
- Experience with vibe coding and agentic product development workflows
