The Role:This role is for a principal or lead Java engineer working on blockchain development for a cryptocurrency exchange and digital financial platform.
The Person:The person will integrate new blockchain networks for deposit and withdrawal operations, support custody business requirements, and handle business analysis, system design, development, testing, deployment, and technical documentation.
Requirements:The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Java development experience, solid Java fundamentals, experience with mainstream open-source frameworks and components, and familiarity with Git, Maven, Linux, MySQL, Redis, Kafka, and distributed system design.

Responsibilities:

Participate in the integration of new blockchain networks to support deposit and withdrawal operations for exchanges or Web3 platforms
Participate in the development of custody business requirements
Participate in business requirements analysis, system design, development, testing, and deployment; deliver high-quality engineering work
Write technical and system documentation to ensure code maintainability and team collaboration efficiency

Requirements:

5+ years of Java development experience in a computer science or related field
Solid Java fundamentals, good coding practices, and strong programming skills; familiar with mainstream open-source frameworks and components with a solid depth of understanding
Proficient with everyday toolsincluding Git, Maven, and Linux
Familiar with distributed system design; proficient with mainstream middleware including MySQL, Redis, and MQ (e.g., Kafka)
Strong sense of responsibility, clear logical thinking, curious and research-oriented mindset, strong learning ability, and a collaborative team spirit
