Key Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality content optimized for both SEO and LLM consumption, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Develop in-depth content on product applications, use cases, and case studies, with strong technical depth when required.
  • Create authoritative CX industry content that supports marketing, sales, and thought leadership.
  • Own and continuously improve content performance, with the ability to demonstrate impact through SEO results, traffic growth, engagement, and CTA conversion metrics.
  • Automate content creation workflows and optimize, train, and iterate on selected LLMs to produce higher-quality content at scale. Experience with content engineering tools such as AirOps is a strong plus.
  • Conduct keyword research to support SEO-optimized content and continuously improve on-site copy, structure, metadata, and schema markups across web pages and published resources.
  • Monitor website and content performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console, and recommend data-driven optimizations.
  • Track and improve brand visibility in search engines and LLMs, with bonus points for experience using tools or workflows that automate this process.
  • Own and manage the content calendar, working closely with CX, R&D, and key stakeholders to align content with the product roadmap, deployments, and business priorities.
  • Research, propose, and execute content topics and content series that increase search visibility and LLM discoverability.
  • Contribute to and maintain product knowledge bases and developer documentation with a high level of technical accuracy.
  • Work effectively in a 100% work-from-home environment, demonstrating strong written communication, autonomy, and comfort collaborating asynchronously with a distributed team.

Requirements

  • Excellent writing skills with native-level English proficiency (British English).
  • Proven experience writing for SaaS or enterprise products, or a strong background in technical writing.
  • Hands-on experience using LLMs for content production, including prompting and iteration (e.g. ChatGPT, Llama, Claude). Experience with tools such as AirOps is a plus.
  • Demonstrated technical SEO expertise, including keyword research, metadata, schema, site structure, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools such as Ahrefs.

Nice to Have

  • Experience fine-tuning or training models for dedicated tasks.
  • Strong technical literacy, particularly in documentation and knowledge-base writing.
  • Experience with content automation or content engineering platforms (e.g. AirOps).
