Hiring: Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Contract: 6 months

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our team in London. This is a hands-on, leadership-focused role where you’ll help shape platform reliability, engineering culture, and delivery excellence across the organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing

Acting as Technical Lead for scrum teams, driving high-quality software delivery

Designing and architecting scalable, reliable platform solutions aligned to business strategy

Leading and promoting Site Reliability Engineering best practices

Transforming engineering and delivery processes to improve speed to market and reduce cost

Undertaking design and code reviews, ensuring functional and non-functional requirements are met

Supporting teams through operational acceptance and service fundamentals

Evangelising a culture of technical innovation, quality, and continuous improvement

Collaborating closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Project Managers to deliver value-driven outcomes

Ensuring application roadmaps are defined, maintained, and governed effectively

Must-Have Skills

Strong experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)

Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)

AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service)

Nice to Have

Broader DevOps experience

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure
