About the role
PDI Technologies is looking for a Cloud Operations Engineer III to join our CloudOps team, supporting managed cloud infrastructure for our enterprise customers on AWS. This is a senior operational role for someone who can take ownership of complex, high-impact environments, work confidently and independently, and act as a clear communication point between customers, Professional Services, and the wider CloudOps team.
You'll combine hands-on technical delivery with strong stakeholder communication — leading incident response and change activity, running and contributing to governance and status meetings, and keeping the team informed and aligned. You'll be trusted to use your own judgement and initiative to drive issues to resolution, backed by the support and expertise of an experienced team.
