The Marketing team sits at the center of Forma.ai’s growth engine. This team directly impacts pipeline, revenue, and how the Forma.ai brand shows up in the market. They are strategic, creative, and relentlessly focused on building one of the most exciting and differentiated brands in the revenue technology space.   
<h3>What you'll be doing:  </h3>
As our Senior Brand & Marketing Designer, you’ll own the visual expression of our brand across every surface and evolve it for the next chapter of growth. This is a high-ownership design role. You’ll build upon the success we've had to date to lead and execute brand across web, social, event campaigns, video/podcast assets, and sales enablement – building systems that make quality scalable.  
Success in this role is making the Forma.ai brand feel more cohesive and premium everywhere. Your goal will be to speed up production and ensure the team has a clear, reusable system that keeps quality high as volume increases.
