Lead Graphic Designer- Marketing

What's the role?

We are looking for a Lead Graphic Designer to join the in-house HERE Marketing Content Production team and help develop, apply, and bring our brand language to life across events, campaigns, and product initiatives. You will report to the Content Production Lead.

As a graphic designer, you will be responsible for the conceptualization and implementation of designs for our global initiatives, ensuring alignment with our marketing strategies from concept to completion. You will play a key operational role in translating our brand identity and visual language into events, global campaigns, and visual content packages for worldwide use across cross-media channels. This role is ideal for a creative professional with strong design expertise, a keen eye for quality execution, respect for delivery deadlines, and the ability to turn brand strategy into compelling visuals that drive engagement and growth.

What you'll do?

Design & Produce

• Design and deliver high-quality marketing assets for global initiatives, including events, digital and email campaigns, eBooks, and product materials.
• Own the execution of designs from concept through final delivery, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
• Manage the full print production workflow, from interpreting production specifications to delivering print-ready files with a strong focus on quality and deadlines.

Collaborate & Partner

• Partner with content production planners and marketing stakeholders to translate campaign objectives into effective visual solutions.
• Collaborate closely with in-house designers, copywriters, video producers, and external partners to bring ideas to life.

Use the right tools

• Create and manage assets using Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Canva, Adobe Workfront, and Easy Content.

Evolve the brand

• Actively shape the evolution of the HERE Technologies brand by contributing ideas, concepts, and visual direction.
• Own and govern our self-service creative platform (Canva), including approvals, onboarding agencies and freelancers, and providing clear, constructive feedback.

Optimize & Innovate

• Adapt designs into scalable templates for self-service platforms (e.g., Canva or Microsoft templates), enabling efficient use.
• Test and introduce new design approaches and AI-powered workflows to advance innovation in marketing.
• Track design trends and best practices to continuously improve asset quality and ways of working.

Who are you?

Requirements:

• A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or a related field.
• 6+ years of professional experience in graphic design, visual design, or art direction, gained in creative, production, advertising, or corporate design agencies; freelance environments; and/or in-house production teams on the client side.
• A strong creative portfolio showcasing accomplished marketing projects—ideally within a B2B context and covering both event design and digital channels.
• Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma; expertise in creating templates for Canva and working with AI-powered creative tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly)
• Hands-on experience working with team collaboration and task management tools such as Adobe Workfront, or equivalent platforms.
• Expertise in managing end-to-end print production workflows, with a strong understanding of production specifications, vendor requirements, and quality assurance.
• Excellent communication skills in an international team environment, with the ability to present and explain design concepts when required.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timelines and best-in-class quality.
• A collaborative team player with a self-starter mindset and an equal passion for learning and sharing knowledge.
