Senior Security Engineer

As a Senior Security Engineer , you will:

• Design and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models within enterprise IAM environments
• Configure and deploy IAM platforms such as One Identity and Azure AD with role-based structures
• Perform role engineering, entitlement management, and RBAC configuration
• Manage access provisioning and de-provisioning processes
• Develop automation scripts to streamline identity and access workflows
• Lead application onboarding and integration with IAM systems
• Support system integration activities across enterprise applications
• Conduct incident analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution related to role access issues

What You Bring to the Table:

• 8–10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and security engineering
• Hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as One Identity and Microsoft Azure AD
• Strong expertise in RBAC design, configuration, and role engineering
• Experience in entitlement management and access lifecycle processes
• Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as C, VB.NET, SQL, or Python
• Experience integrating IAM solutions with enterprise applications and systems
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as GDPR and ISO 27001

You Should Possess the Ability to:

• Architect and implement secure RBAC frameworks within cloud and on-prem environments
• Automate IAM workflows and optimize access governance processes
• Analyze and resolve complex access control incidents
• Ensure secure application onboarding and seamless IAM integrations
• Translate security and compliance requirements into technical IAM solutions
• Maintain high standards of quality assurance and governance controls
