<p><span style="color: #222222; font-size: 15px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;">️</span>Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end automated tests in .NET, developed and maintained alongside the application code</p>
<p><span style="color: #222222; font-size: 15px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;">️</span>Collaborate closely with developers throughout the feature lifecycle, including design, implementation, and defect resolution</p>
<p><span style="color: #222222; font-size: 15px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;">️</span>Participate in defining test strategies at both feature and system levels</p>
<p><span style="color: #222222; font-size: 15px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;">️</span>Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the automation testing framework</p>
<p><span style="color: #222222; font-size: 15px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;">️</span>Make informed decisions on the appropriate use of mocks, stubs, or real integrations depending on testing goals</p>
<p><span style="color: #222222; font-size: 15px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;">️</span>Ensure automated tests are reliable, maintainable, and suitable for execution in CI/CD pipelines</p>
<p><span style="color: #222222; font-size: 15px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;">️</span>Participate in code reviews for test code and, when appropriate, application code</p>
<p><span style="color: #222222; font-size: 15px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;">️</span>Provide fast, clear, and actionable feedback on quality and defects to the development team</p>
<p><span style="color: #222222; font-size: 15px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;">️</span>Promote a built-in quality mindset and continuous improvement of testing practices across the team</p>

<p><span style="color: #222222; font-size: 15px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;">️</span>3–5+ years of experience in test automation within product or platform teams</p>
<p><span style="color: #222222; font-size: 15px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;">️</span>Strong hands-on experience with .NET</p>
<p><span style="color: #222222; font-size: 15px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;">️</span>Experience writing end-to-end tests alongside application code (near-code / monorepo approach)</p>
<p><span style="color: #222222; font-size: 15px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;">️</span>Proven experience working in cross-functional teams with close collaboration with Backend, Frontend, and DevOps engineers</p>
<p><span style="color: #222222; font-size: 15px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;">️</span>Practical experience with modern E2E testing frameworks (Playwright or equivalent)</p>
<p><span style="color: #222222; font-size: 15px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;">️</span>Strong understanding of testing principles and strategies, including the test pyramid, shift-left approach, and contract testing</p>
<p><span style="color: #222222; font-size: 15px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;">️</span>Experience with REST API testing, data validation, and system-level testing</p>
<p><span style="color: #222222; font-size: 15px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;">️</span>Ability to design and implement mocks, stubs, and other test doubles to ensure stable and isolated tests</p>
<p><span style="color: #222222; font-size: 15px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;">️</span>Solid understanding of object-oriented and/or functional programming concepts as applied to test code and frameworks</p>
<p><span style="color: #222222; font-size: 15px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;">️</span>Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar)</p>
<p><span style="color: #222222; font-size: 15px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;">️</span>Familiarity with test observability and reporting tools (e.g., Allure, TestOps, CI-based reporting)</p>
<p><span style="color: #222222; font-size: 15px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;">️</span>Strong communication skills with the ability to actively participate in technical discussions and challenge requirements constructively</p>
