You design scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions that support both current operations and future growth. Working closely with stakeholders, developers, and product teams, you ensure that systems fit into the broader IT landscape and follow architectural principles and best practices.<br>The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on technical understanding.</p><ul><li><p>Translate business requirements into high-level solution designs and architecture blueprints</p></li><li><p>Define system integrations, data flows, and technology choices across multiple platforms</p></li><li><p>Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security standards, and scalability requirements</p></li><li><p>Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle</p></li><li><p>Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements to the IT landscape</p></li><li><p>Drive architectural governance, documentation, and design reviews</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with stakeholders across business, product, and engineering to ensure shared understanding</p></li><li><p>Identify risks, technical debt, and long-term impacts of design decisions</p></li></ul><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li><p>Several years of experience in software development, system design, or technical architecture</p></li><li><p>Proven experience designing end-to-end IT solutions in complex environments</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, and distributed systems</p></li><li><p>Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern architectures</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of security, performance, and scalability principles</p></li><li><p>Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills</p></li><li><p>Pragmatic problem solver who balances ideal architecture with business reality</p></li><li><p>Collaborative and influential, able to guide teams without formal authority</p></li><li><p><span>University degree in IT or a related field</span></p></li><li><p>Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
