Job Description

ABOUT LIVEFLOW

We are building the next-generation accounting and finance platform to enable lean finance teams to run massive enterprises.

We have raised over $21M from top-tier investors including: YC, YC Continuity, Valar Seedcamp, WndrCo, Moonfire, Bradley Horowitz (VP Product, Google) and more.

We are helping thousands of companies to streamline their financial workflows and we have hundreds of 5/5 ratings on G2.

Our founding team previously worked at Europe's fastest growing fintech, Revolut.

ABOUT THE ROLE

LiveFlow is building Flow — an AI-native ERP that replaces legacy solutions. We're looking for a Solutions Engineer who has lived the pain of month-end close, multi-entity consolidation, and audit prep firsthand, and wants to help companies leave that world behind.

As a Solutions Engineer, you'll sit at the intersection of sales, product, and customer success. You'll join complex deals alongside our sales team, diagnose accounting workflows, build proof of concepts, and own the first days of implementation. You'll also shape how we sell Flow — translating deep accounting expertise into a go-to-market playbook that resonates with accounting and finance teams.

This role is designed for someone who's done the hard work in accounting — Big Four audit, high-growth startup finance teams, or ERP implementations — and wants to apply that knowledge across sales, product, and operations at a fast-moving startup.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

 • Partner with the sales team to run technically complex deals end-to-end: discovery, solution design, POC builds, and live demos

 • Diagnose' accounting pains — consolidations, close processes, intercompany eliminations, inventory — and architect how Flow solves it

 • Help with implementation planning, data migration, and go-live support

 • Develop relationships with Controllers, CFOs, VPs of Finance and Accountants

 • Work closely with our team to refine our go-to-market positioning, and feed product insights back to engineering

 • Become the internal authority on how companies run their accounting operations and where legacy tools break down

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

 • 2-5 years of experience in Accounting, Audit, or Financial Operations (Big 4, top-25 firm or high-growth startup)

 • Strong technical accounting knowledge: you understand US GAAP, accounting, multi-entity close and audit deeply

 • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills: you've built consolidation workbooks, reconciliation templates, or reporting models from scratch

 • Excellent communication skills: you can explain a complex accounting workflow to a CFO in plain language and make it feel urgent

 • Humble, curious, and hungry: you ask the right questions, learn fast, and want to build something meaningful

NICE TO HAVE

 • CPA

 • Experience with ERP implementations or migrations (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, SAP)

 • Exposure to FP&A, budgeting, or forecasting workflows

 • Client-facing experience (managing audit relationships, advising on accounting processes)

BENEFITS:

 • Competitive base salary

 • Substantial equity package

 • Health, dental, and vision insurance

 • Commuter benefits

 • 401(k)

 • All the latest tech you need; MacBooks, monitors, etc.

 • Monthly budget to spend on books and conferences to keep learning

 • Unlimited PTO policy

INTERVIEW PROCESS:

 1. Intro Call

 2. Live Accounting challenge

 3. Career History Interview

 4. Final interview

Sounds like something for you? Then, we would love to hear from you.
