Job Description
We are looking for an IT Chapter Lead to lead the Value Reporter application chapter within Customer Profitability. You will lead a chapter of engineers in the Netherlands and India. Together you are responsible for delivering high‑quality, secure software within ING standards while continuously improving the way of working. As an IT Chapter Lead you are a senior engineer, seen as a go‑to person for colleagues. Along with the IT Area Lead and your fellow IT Chapter Leads you define the engineering standards for your expertise area. You continuously develop your own skills and actively contribute to the growth and development of your chapter members.
As an IT Chapter Lead, you are also a hands‑on engineer. Sixty percent of your time you work as a senior engineer, using your experience to maximize team performance. You enjoy transferring knowledge and coaching less‑senior engineers.
You work in an international environment. You are ambitious, challenge the status quo, and stimulate your chapter members to continuously improve their skills.
