The Role

Be the go-to expert turning operational challenges into efficient, automated workflows—bridging teams in a dynamic iGaming leader.

What You'll Do

• Identify gaps in Risk, CS, QA, and WFM; build lightweight Google Workspace tools to unblock teams fast.

• Orchestrate data from multiple sources into unified dashboards, streamlining cross-team visibility.

• Automate repetitive tasks (e.g., data entry, audits) with Apps Script, Zapier, and Gemini AI—cutting manual work by up to 50%.

• Use LLMs like Gemini/ChatGPT for trend analysis, summaries, and smart pipelines.

• Translate needs into no-code solutions, empowering teams to self-manage.

• Collaborate daily with frontline leads to deliver measurable wins.

What We Need

• Expert in Google Workspace: formulas, Apps Script, Data Connectors, Drive automation.

• Proven data integration: Zapier, Make, or APIs.

• AI hands-on: LLMs for data/content tasks.

• Ops background: Automation portfolios from solutions/support roles.

• Clear communicator: Explain tech simply to non-tech teams.

• iGaming interest a plus; any experience level welcome if skilled.
