With a distributed workforce of hundreds of VAs operating from the Philippines, Wing handles everything from recruitment and training to client matching and ongoing quality management. We are scaling rapidly and looking for leaders who thrive in high-volume, high-growth environments.
The Role
As a Head of Recruitment, you will own Wing's end-to-end recruitment engine, responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring 100s of virtual assistants per month while building new channels to expand our talent pipeline. This is a hands-on leadership role combining operational management of a 20+ person recruitment team with strategic innovation across online, social media, and in-person recruitment channels. You will be instrumental in expanding our multi-channel powerhouse that includes social media marketing, university partnerships, community events, and employer branding initiatives.
