About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager who will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Fixa’s core fintech products, translating business strategy, regulatory realities, and user needs into scalable, high-impact solutions. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, data, operations, compliance, and commercial teams.

Core Responsibilities

Own product vision, roadmap, and prioritization aligned with company strategy and regulatory constraints
Lead cross-functional execution with Engineering, Data, Finance, and Operations
Translate complex fintech workflows (payroll, lending, repayments, rewards, insurance) into simple, intuitive user experiences
Drive product decisions using data, experimentation, and customer feedback
Manage trade-offs between speed, risk, scalability, and compliance during growth phases
Establish and improve product discovery, delivery, and documentation processes

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in fintech or high-growth startups
Proven experience scaling products from early adoption to growth or maturity
Strong understanding of fintech best practices (payments, lending, risk, integrations)
Experience leading teams and influencing without authority
Comfortable operating in ambiguity, fast iteration, and regulated environments
