Job Description
We’re hiring a Founding Growth Engineer.
We’re launching 7 companies and starting to see real traction, especially with our startup insurance program. We have ~10 BDRs in London ready to execute.
What we’re missing is the system that feeds them.
This is a critical, zero-to-one role. You’ll work directly with our leadership team to build and own the outbound + CRM infrastructure that drives pipeline.
What you’ll do
- Build and scale our HubSpot + outbound systems
- Create workflows and automations that generate consistent leads
- Source, enrich, and deliver high-quality outbound lists
- Clean and structure data to support scale
- Test tools and ideas quickly — double down on what works
- Enable the team to execute faster and more effectively
Who you are
- Strong hands-on HubSpot / CRM experience
- You’ve built outbound or lead gen systems before
- Technical enough to automate and integrate tools
- Execution-first — you care about results
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, in-person environment
