Job Description

About the Company

We’re partnering with a rapidly scaling, mission-driven financial services firm that is modernizing access to capital in underserved markets. As they scale, they are looking for a Technical Product Manager to oversee their core platform ecosystem and lead the evolution of their technical infrastructure.

This is a rare opportunity to build and shape a mission-critical financial engine from the ground up, with direct influence on how capital is deployed at scale.

About the Role

You will own end-to-end technical product strategy and systems architecture for a complex platform—driving execution across core infrastructure, data pipelines, and internal workflows. Your mandate is to bring structure and scalability to a high-velocity environment, ensuring technical systems and product design are perfectly aligned. This is a hands-on builder role requiring a blend of strategic architecture and direct execution alongside cross-functional teams.

What you will do

  • Lead the evolution of core transactional systems, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and perfectly aligned with aggressive business scaling.

  • Own the rollout of a centralized management system; define the scope, manage complex integrations, and establish a single, authoritative source of truth for all operational data.

  • Reimagine the full product lifecycle, from initial intake to final settlement, automating manual touchpoints and embedding systemic efficiency at every stage.

  • Define and drive a clear roadmap across internal tools, systems, and data architecture, balancing the need for rapid deployment with long-term platform stability.

  • Optimize how cross-functional teams interact with the tech stack; removing friction, accelerating turnaround times, and enabling higher-quality, data-backed decision-making.

  • Partner with analytics leads to improve visibility into system performance, asset health, and overall operational throughput.

What Makes This Role Unique

  • True 0→1 + Scale Challenge
You’re not inheriting a polished system; you’re building and structuring it.

  • High Ownership, High Visibility
Direct exposure to leadership and a key role in shaping business-critical infrastructure.

  • Blend of Product + Operations + Systems Thinking
Ideal for someone who enjoys sitting at the intersection of technology, process, and business impact.

  • Hands-On Impact
You won’t just define strategy; you’ll help implement and configure the systems that power the business.

What you have

  • You bring a structured approach with demonstrated experience across product design, product management, and project delivery, ideally within operationally complex environments (Preferably within the financial services sector)

  • You are a builder-type Product Manager who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys creating structure from scratch.

  • You are comfortable operating as a hands-on owner, bringing clarity to ambiguous environments and driving execution without requiring constant oversight.

  • You have solid technical judgment; You're able to work closely with engineers, understand system architecture, and make informed decisions around build vs. buy vs. integrate.

  • A strong systems thinker who can translate business needs into scalable product solutions

  • You operate comfortably at the intersection of product, systems, and business operations, ensuring technology enables - not complicates - core workflows.

  • Comfortable being both strategic and hands-on in execution

  • Experienced in working with cross-functional teams such as engineering, data, and business operations teams

  • You thrive in results-oriented, low-ego environments, where ownership, accountability, and open communication are valued over rigid hierarchy or process.

Why Consider This

If you’re looking for a role where you can own a critical product ecosystem end-to-end, drive real operational impact, and build something meaningful from the ground up, this is it.
