UX/UI Designer – Web and Mobile (Figma)

We are a growing digital team dedicated to building intuitive, engaging, and visually stunning user experiences. We’re seeking a talented UX/UI Designer with strong expertise in Figma and proven experience designing for both mobile and web platforms.

The Role

As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centered designs that balance functionality with aesthetics. You’ll collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
• Create intuitive, responsive designs for both mobile apps and web applications
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
• Maintain design consistency across platforms with style guides and design systems
• Apply UX principles to improve user journeys, accessibility, and overall usability

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a portfolio showcasing mobile and web projects
• Strong proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, design systems)
• Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and applying insights to design iterations
• Familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Slack)
• Strong communication skills and ability to present design concepts clearly

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other design tools (Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React) for effective collaboration with developers
• Ability to create motion/interaction design for enhanced user experiences
