Job Description
Retell AI (YC W24) is the voice AI agent platform for enterprise call centers — healthcare, legal, automotive, insurance. 50M+ conversations/month, $50M ARR.
We need someone to build out our educational content library: tutorials, integration walkthroughs, and explainer content for both developers and non-technical users.
What you'll do:
• Create video + written tutorials on Retell's platform (voice AI agents, orchestration engine, key use cases)
• Build step-by-step integration guides for GoHighLevel, HubSpot, n8n, Make, and others
• Translate technical workflows (APIs, webhooks, no-code tools) into clear content for dev and business audiences
• Develop a repeatable content framework so quality stays consistent as we scale the library
What matters:
• You've created educational content for SaaS or dev tools before — portfolio required, this is the filter
• Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and no-code/low-code platforms (you don't need to be an engineer, but you need to be technically fluent)
• Strong screen recording + video production (Loom-quality minimum, polished editing preferred)
• Self-directed. We'll give you the roadmap, not a daily standup.
Details:
• Contract, remote
• Flexible hours based on content pipeline
• Start ASAP
To apply: Send 2-3 examples of SaaS tutorials you've created (video or written) + a short note on how you'd explain a voice AI integration to a non-technical audience.
Retell is building the AI voice layer for every business.
We’re replacing outdated call centers with real-time AI voice agents that sell, support, and retain customers at scale.
Voice is still the most natural way humans communicate, yet it’s been stuck with legacy tech for decades. We’re changing that by bringing speed, empathy, and reliability to every phone conversation.
In under two years, thousands of companies now run on Retell. We’ve grown to $35M ARR, raised a $4.7M seed, and scaled a 24-person team, backed by Y Combinator, Altman Capital, and top-tier investors.
We’re now one of the top 50 AI apps in a16z’s rankings and a top-ranking startup on the Lean AI leaderboard.
We’re moving fast, tackling hard technical problems, and setting the standard for voice automation. If you want to help define the future of how businesses talk to customers, this is the place to do it.
