Please note that you should expect to travel 20-40 days a year.Â

Greater standardisation across Pre-Pack production technologiesÂ
-
Sustainable processes for platform upgrades, validation and lifecycle managementÂ
-

-
Strong partnerships between Production, Maintenance, R&D and Operational Technology teamsÂ
-
Reliable, secure and scalable platforms that support manufacturing performance globallyÂ
If you've worked in a role where you balanced technical decision-making with stakeholder management, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to connect technology, people and production outcomes while creating clarity in a complex environment.Â
Life on the teamÂ
You'll join a team of operational technology specialists based across the Czech Republic, Hungary and Denmark. Together, we support and develop production platforms used throughout the LEGO Group's manufacturing network. We work closely with local and global partners, share knowledge openly and rely on strong collaboration to solve challenges. Curiosity, relationship building, ownership, diplomacy and a structured approach are highly valued. We're looking for someone who seeks to understand before acting and enjoys connecting people, ideas and opportunities.Â
What success looks likeÂ
Success starts with building trusted relationships and understanding a complex platform landscape. Over time, you'll become the go-to advisor for a global network of stakeholders, helping align priorities, translate technical decisions into production value and guide platform evolution. You'll work closely with colleagues in Kladno and global manufacturing partners while helping prepare the platform for future growth, standardisation and ongoing manufacturing investment.Â
Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis. However, please note we do amend or withdraw our jobs and reserve the right to do so at any time, including prior to any advertised closing date. So, if you're interested in this role we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
