THE OPPORTUNITY
Ensure full project management in the deployment of assigned customer valued solutions by leading teams through the planning, approval, implementation, and monitoring phases within the expected timeframes and budget. Solutions include change management such as reducing hospital length of stay and implementation of digital tools and patient experience solutions. The role will focus on deploying solutions that have a triple impact of positively affecting patients, healthcare providers and JJM’s business.Â
RESPONSIBILITIESÂ

Lead project planning and deployment of customer valued solutionsÂ

Realise the expected business, patient and healthcare provider value from all customer valued solutionsÂ

Work with the Strategic Solutions team and Depuy Synthes businesses to develop projects identified as customer valued solutions including business case validationÂ
-
Support sales, marketing & other customer facing personnel through the education of customer valued solutions and the requirements for its deploymentÂ
Strategy, Framework & PolicyÂ

Work with the Health Care Solutions Manager to develop projects identified as Health Care Solutions projects including business case validationÂ
-
Lead project planning and implementation for Health Care Solutions projectsÂ
-
Monitor & report on key project milestones & metrics to all relevant stakeholdersÂ

Partner with the Health Care Solutions Manager to identify and manage key project risksÂ

Develop materials and services in association with selected third party partners e.g creative agencies, IT platforms providers etcÂ
-
Comprehensive understanding of relevant company and/or industry policy and/or regulations and incorporates knowledge into the business e.g HCC, Industry Codes of Conduct (MA, MTAA) codes of conductÂ

Identifies, formulates and assists in the implementation of required policies and procedures, including MSA’s and Due Diligence paperworkÂ
Relationship ManagementÂ

Participate in cross-functional and cross-sector teams, advisory boards and external stakeholders in order to understand Health Care Solutions initiatives and develop programmes in line with strategic imperativesÂ

Support marketing, the field sales force & other customer facing personal on training on implementation of initiativesÂ

Manage internal communication regarding Health Care Solutions projects Manage relationships with external third party providersÂ
Financial ManagementÂ

Manages budget tracker for project(s) and proactively partners with key stakeholders to ensure projects stay within budgetÂ

Leverage appropriate financial tools and models to demonstrate business impact Participates and contributes in Business planning processÂ
Technical ExpertiseÂ

Maintain knowledge & application of key project management principles & toolsÂ

Maintain metric systems that monitor the outcomes of Health Care Solutions activitiesÂ

Develop deep understanding of current & past Health Care Solutions projects to be able to apply key lessons to new and existing projectsÂ

Through a thorough understanding of HCBI and the Codes of Conduct, monitor the Health Care Solutions activities to ensure strict compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements.

Tertiary qualification in medicine, pharmacy, life science, pharmaceutical, allied health, Software engineering, computer science or related degreeÂ

Desirable:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the medical device or related business industryÂ
