  • The Role: An experienced Epic Clarity report writer and team lead who will work on healthcare IT reporting and data activities within client engagements.
  • The Person: Collaborate with client and vendor teams to document workflows, define requirements and use cases, translate them into test conditions, support system configuration and data mapping, and act as intermediary with Epic teams.
  • Requirements: Certification in Epic Clarity Report Writer and Clinical Data Model, minimum three years' Healthcare IT experience in an Epic Clarity Report Writer role, and SQL experience are required.

You are:
An experienced Epic Clarity Report Writer Analyst /Team Lead

The Work:

Depending on the client engagement, the Epic Clarity Report Writer Analyst/Team Lead will be responsible for collaborating with Accenture team, software vendor team, and client in the following areas.

1. Document current state business workflows.
2. Assist with the analysis and design of new business workflows.
3. Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases.
4. Provide input into high level functional specifications.
5. Work with project managers, architects, business analysts and other team members to define metrics and performance goals for the application.
6. Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.
7. Assist in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing.
8. Participate in quality management reviews of the design and performance of work products to ensure they fulfill the requirements.
9. Perform or advise on system configuration and integration setup and assist with testing activities.
10. Serve as an intermediary with client's Epic team and Accenture tech leads to support bilateral understanding of data structures, workflows and technology capabilities and limitations.
11. Assist in the development and documentation of data requests and source to target mapping.
12. Other duties as assigned.  This work may include implementation, optimization, upgrades, and application support.

This role will require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office. Preferred location: Mississauga, Montreal.

Here is what you need:
• Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline.

• Minimum of 3 years experience in Healthcare IT in an Epic Clarity Report Writer Analyst/Team role
• Certification in Epic Clarity Report Writer and Clinical Data Model

• Bilingual (English / French) - Not Required

• English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these. English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement

Bonus points if you have:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working for a consulting firm
• Experience in at least 1 full implementation of Epic
• Experience with Data Models, Clinical, Revenue etc.
• SQL experienced

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role.
It does not represent a maximum limit — in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
