The Role:This role leads enterprise AI enablement and adoption for associates, leaders, business units, and corporate functions.

Requirements:The role focuses on enterprise enablement strategy, approved AI tools, AI-enabled workflows, agents, copilots, Human + AI ways of working, and the AI CoE operating model.

About the role

The Director, AI Enablement & Adoption will lead the enterprise enablement strategy that helps Acosta associates, leaders, Business Units, and corporate functions adopt approved AI tools, AI-enabled workflows, agents, copilots, and new Human + AI ways of working. This leader will move AI enablement beyond awareness into role-based behavior change, guided adoption, measurable usage, and business impact.

The role supports the AI CoE operating model of central guardrails, federated execution, and portfolio-driven scaling by making sure AI capabilities are understood, trusted, adopted, and embedded into day-to-day work rather than remaining isolated pilots or optional tools.
