- The Role:This role is for an assistant chief engineer managing building maintenance and operations for a high-rise property in San Francisco.
- The Person:The person will oversee maintenance and repairs, respond to emergencies, manage vendors and maintenance engineers, complete work orders, and maintain compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Requirements:The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of residential or commercial high rise building engineering experience, EPA 608 certification, HVAC certification, Fire, Life and Safety Certification, and a High Rise Life Safety Director Certificate.

Action Property Management, a premier management company, is seeking a full-time Assistant Chief Engineer for The Infinity property in San Francisco.
The Assistant Chief Engineer is responsible for assisting the Chief Engineer in overseeing the maintenance and operations of the building. This role involves performing a variety of tasks, including preventative maintenance, troubleshooting equipment failures, and responding to emergency calls and overseeing the maintenance and engineering team. The Assistant Chief Engineer must be highly skilled in building systems and have a strong commitment to resident satisfaction.
Compensation: $51 to $53 per hour
Schedule: Monday- Friday; 9:00 AM- 5:30 PM + On-Call
