- The Role: An engineer who supports industrializing and introducing maintenance-derived technical measures within aviation MRO, mainly for military transport aircraft.
- The Person: Support industrialization and introduction of maintenance and change measures by analysing technical documentation, coordinating with engineering, maintenance, quality and production, and contributing to fault analysis and process improvements.
- Requirements: Completed degree in aerospace, mechanical or industrial engineering, ability to read and assess technical drawings and documentation, experience in maintenance, MRO or production, and continued airworthiness/CAMO experience as an advantage.

- work in the environment of maintenance, MRO and technical implementation in the aviation sector, particularly within the military transport aircraft domain (e.g. A400M)
- support the industrialization of technical measures derived from maintenance and change documentation during ongoing flight operations
- analyse technical documentation and drawings and derive implementation and introduction measures
- coordinate technical topics with adjacent departments such as engineering, maintenance, quality and production
- support the introduction of measures into existing processes and ensure technical conformity and compliance
- contribute to the optimization of workflows, processes and technical standards within the MRO environment
- support fault analysis, root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities
Qualifications
YOU…
- hold a completed degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable technical qualification
- have initial professional experience in maintenance, MRO, production or technical implementation within the aviation sector – ideally with exposure to military aviation programmes (e.g. A400M)
- have a solid technical understanding and are able to read, understand and assess technical drawings and documentation
- have initial exposure to technical changes, modifications or maintenance activities
- experience in a continued airworthiness or CAMO environment is an advantage, but not mandatory
- work in a structured, communicative and solution‑oriented manner
- good English skills are required; Spanish skills are considered a plus
