Job Description
The Junior Insurance Operations Analyst supports day‑to‑day insurance operational processes delivered by the Krakow Insurance Team across multiple domiciles. The role focuses on assisting with policy administration, premium processing support, basic claims coordination activities, and preparation of invoicing inputs for captive and corporate insurance clients. What the day will look like Policy & Insurance Administration Support day‑to‑day policy administration tasks, including updating data and maintaining documentation. Organise and maintain insurance files, ensuring all required documents are properly stored and accessible. Assist with basic reporting and data preparation for internal teams. Premium Processing Support Assist in reviewing and validating premium data (e.g. amounts, currencies, policy periods). Support preparation of data for premium allocation and IPT reporting. Flag any inconsistencies or missing data and escalate where needed. Claims Operations Support Support administrative tasks related to claims, including logging and updating claim records. Maintain claims documentation and help ensure data completeness. Assist with coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders for basic queries. Invoicing Support Help prepare inputs for invoices and credit notes (amounts, currency, policy details, allocation). Perform basic checks on invoicing data before issuance. Maintain invoicing documentation and support investigation of simple discrepancies. Skills and experience that will lead to success Knowledge of insurance technical accounting Fluency in English.
