Description

As a Clinical Analyst, you’ll be a technical and clinical subject matter expert on a team that builds new and exciting experiences around clinical data. You'll contribute to efforts to design and govern clinical knowledge infrastructure and apply informatics methods to transform complex health data into scalable product features. You thrive in environments where clinical rigor and technical innovation intersect.

Minimum Qualifications

4+ years of experience in clinical informatics or healthcare data applied in a clinical setting
Deep expertise with medical coding standards, such as SNOMED-CT, ICD-9, ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, LOINC, and RxNorm
Proficiency in SQL or Python for data analysis and knowledge base management
Strong communication skills, able to bridge clinical, technical, and product audiences
Bachelor/Masters Degree in relevant field

Preferred Qualifications

Experience on a cross-functional team building digital consumer products
Experience with AI/ML applications in digital products
Experience using AI coding tools
Independent self-starter who thrives in complex and ambiguous environments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to simplify sophisticated clinical concepts
