- Requirements:The role requires a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and experience in facilitation, program management process activities, and technical document preparation.

Responsibilities
The Project Engineer will support the Customer by multitasking effectively in a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities, tracking action items, identifying and understanding requirements, and supporting division-level communications.

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:Â
Â
- Assist in the preparation of management plans and reports; design and/or modify comprehensive briefing packages with data and information that will resonate with Senior LeadershipÂ
- Support the facilitation of and response to action items and accesses for incoming and outgoing personnelÂ
- Assist in the identification and tracking of action items, tracking and monitoring of ongoing projects and initiatives, coordination of project schedules, and capture of meeting minutesÂ
- Facilitate meetings and information sessions with stakeholders and/or developersÂ
- Assist the Sponsor with assessing, documenting, and tracking program requirements and follow-on Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs)Â
- Compose and maintain correspondence documentation (e.g., operating procedures, internal memoranda, organizational charts, personnel lists, and phone trees)
- Coordinate with teams, as applicable, to address roadblocks and deliver results in a timely manner or provide the most relevant course of actionÂ
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for senior managers and serve as the travel representative for required documentationÂ
- Support the Customer with floor space and resource planningÂ
- Maintain check-in and check-out processes for staff and contractors, including providing and maintaining up to date welcome documentationÂ
- Manage the office supply budget and orderingÂ
- Coordinate training and appointmentsÂ
- Obtain passports and visas as needed, update employee records, and provide process guidance to travelersÂ
- Initiate various correspondence and, at the direction of the Sponsor, communicate with other Sponsor elements and government agencies in support of TDY and PCS activitiesÂ
Qualifications
- Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
- A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical disciplineÂ
- BS 5-7 Years, MS 3-5, PhD 0-2
- Demonstrated experience facilitating groups to capture work processes and workflowsÂ
- Broad understanding of the Customer's acquisition activities and protocolsÂ
- Exceptional communication skills and familiarity with the Customer environment, with the ability to communicate effectively at the project level and with executive audiences.
- Experience working at the executive level, with the ability to coordinate, communicate, and develop polished policies for disseminationÂ
- Ability to fully coordinate project schedulesÂ
- Ability to coordinate program management process activities such as Program Reviews and Control Gate Reviews, including scheduling meetings and preparing briefings and presentationsÂ
- Ability to assist in the preparation of management plans and reportsÂ
- Ability to maintain correspondence suspense files, records, files for reports, operating procedures, internal memoranda, and compose correspondenceÂ
- Ability to compose technical documents, including user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reportsÂ
- Ability to fully perform tasks requiring the collection, compilation, evaluation, and publication of information and statistical dataÂ

Desired Qualifications Â
- 5+ years of experienceÂ
- 1 year of experience in the Intelligence CommunityÂ
- Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environmentÂ
- Ability to coordinate with engineers, system analysts, programmers, technicians, scientists, and top-level managers in the coordination and planning of programsÂ
- Ability to apply critical thinking to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problemsÂ

This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
