Position OverviewÂ
Join Autodesk's CSA Scaled Customer Success team, where we create impactful experiences for our customers while supporting increased revenue and overall company growth. We’re looking for a customer-focused professional to support organizations across Design & Manufacturing (D&M) industries, helping them unlock the full potential of Autodesk solutions.Â
You will manage a hybrid portfolio of accounts, including Territory customers as well as Regional (Below $150K) and selected Enterprise customers, applying a scaled Customer Success methodology through a combination of digital engagement and prioritized, high-impact interactions based on account value and risk.Â
You will be part of the EMEA Scaled Customer Success team, working with a diverse and tiered customer portfolio, supporting customers across the Onboarding and Adoption phase.Â
Your primary objective is to drive higher product assignment and active usage across your portfolio, improving customer engagement with Autodesk solutions and supporting long-term retention.Â
You will operate on a defined set of high-risk accounts, leveraging data-driven signals and assigned actions to prioritize your focus and drive measurable improvements in customer health, product usage, and engagement.Â
In this role, you will contribute to Autodesk’s business performance by improving customer retention through increased engagement and effective adoption of solutions.Â

ResponsibilitiesÂ
Proactively engage with customers through digital-first, scalable engagement models (1:many)Â
Manage a hybrid portfolio of Territory, Regional, and selected Enterprise accounts, balancing efficiency with impactÂ
Guide customers through onboarding and adoption strategies across D&M workflowsÂ
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior stakeholders in higher-value accountsÂ
Prioritize activities and adapt engagement based on account health, risk, and business impactÂ
Execute on targeted actions for high-risk accounts, using data-driven insights to stabilize, re-engage, and improve customer outcomesÂ
Drive measurable uplift in product assignment and usage across your portfolioÂ
Establish and execute customer success plans using usage data, health metrics, and business insightsÂ
Apply a consultative approach to understand customer processes and identify opportunities to improve adoption across D&M workflowsÂ
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Channel, and Support teams to drive customer outcomesÂ
Ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience while operating at scaleÂ

Minimum QualificationsÂ
Professional working proficiency in English and GermanÂ
2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting rolesÂ
Experience managing a portfolio with different customer segments (scaled and higher-value accounts)Â
Background in Engineering and Manufacturing, or related technical fieldsÂ
Ability to understand and analyze customer processes across D&M industries, and translate them into meaningful conversations and adoption strategiesÂ
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, adoption, and retention strategiesÂ
Excellent stakeholder management and client relationship management skillsÂ
Strong communication skills, including relationship building, empathy, active listening, storytelling, and negotiationÂ
Proven ability in prioritization, risk management, and managing complexity at scaleÂ
Proficiency in time management, problem solving, and data-driven decision makingÂ
Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration in a matrix organizationÂ
