Join Our Team as an IT Support Specialist! Are you passionate about technology and eager to make a real impact? We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role offers a great opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, support end-users, and contribute to ongoing IT projects within a vibrant organization. What you’ll be doing: Provide onsite and remote support for hardware and software to end-users across the CEE region, ensuring smooth IT operations. Collaborate closely with business departments, central teams, and external vendors to meet their technological needs. Act as the IT Owner for key company systems, defining requirements and ensuring alignment with IT strategy and budget. Identify potential risks and implement measures to mitigate them. Lead or participate in technical projects, serving as an analyst or solutions architect. Support continuous improvement initiatives, incident management, and best practices to guarantee high-quality service delivery. Manage local hardware assets, assist colleagues' growth, and mentor team members. Ensure compliance with security standards and company policies. Handle asset registration, hardware/software ordering, and track user feedback to improve service. What you’ll bring: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an IT support role with increasing responsibilities. Strong troubleshooting skills, especially within the Office 365 environment (preferred). Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions. Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level); proficiency in Polish is required; German is a plus. Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on speed, efficiency, and user satisfaction. Knowledge of ITIL practices and cybersecurity best practices. Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and processes. Strong documentation skills and attention to detail. Educational background in IT (secondary/University level preferred).
