About the role

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Data Analyst & BI to join our CAO/Business Excellence team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Design, build, and maintain data analytics and automation solutions using Power BI/Microsoft Fabric, SQL, Power Automate and enterprise data sources to improve reporting consistency, data quality, and operational visibility across platforms covering clearing, credit & lending, and loans administration.

  • Lead process improvement and workflow digitization initiatives across platforms, replicating operational workflows, reducing manual reporting, and supporting client reporting and resiliency testing applications.

  • Maintain and enhance Power Platform and SharePoint solutions supporting recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, policies & procedures, billing processes, legal WIP, client onboarding, and Business Excellence workflows, modernizing manual and emaildriven processes.

  • Partner with workforce and talent stakeholders to support headcount tracking, onboarding, transfers, and recruitment process enhancements, including Oracle requisition support and process automation across credit & lending, loan administration, and existing clearing platforms.

  • Support AI enablement and automation initiatives by assisting with prompt design, AI tooling integration, and experimentation to improve efficiency within Business Excellence and operational workflows leveraging existing data warehousing facilitated by the team.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • Bachelor’s degree with a major or minor in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • An advanced degree with a preference on statistics/statistical analysis is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience in analytics, automation, reporting, or business process enablement will be considered. 
  • At least six years total work experience, with at least 3 years experience with a strong focus on data analysis and business intelligence is preferred. Must have experience of working with business intelligence tools or in analytics.
  • Proficiency with Power BI or Tableau including data modeling & SQL queries, as well as Power Automate or n8n.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and projectmanagement skills, with the ability to work in a fastpaced environment and engage with senior stakeholders.

    Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
