Job Description

About Block Labs

Block Labs is a premier technology studio operating at the bleeding edge of Web3, Artificial Intelligence, and iGaming. We don't just ship features; we engineer high-scale, production-grade platforms that power the next generation of digital products.

We are a collective of senior engineers, product strategists, and builders who refuse to compromise on architecture. Whether we are designing autonomous multi-agent AI systems, building decentralized financial infrastructure, or architecting high-frequency iGaming platforms, our standard is excellence.

We move fast, but we build for the long term. If you are looking to work alongside a team that values deep technical expertise, thoughtful system design, and product ownership, Block Labs is where you belong.

About the Role

We are hiring a senior, strategically minded Product Manager to act as a mini–business owner, with end-to-end ownership of the Cashier module within a soon-to-launch, next-generation white-label casino platform.

You’ll own a mission-critical financial system used by high-volume operators, backed by a company with a proven track record of launching successful products - and with operators ready to onboard at launch.

This is a hands-on role for a PM who thrives on complex systems, real users, and measurable outcomes.

The Cashier

The MVP for our Cashier module is launching into existing operators in the next month. It is responsible for deposit and withdrawals via crypto networks and fiat payment providers, funds management and reconciliation.

What makes it interesting:

  • Crypto-first by design, not retrofitted

  • Highly flexible and modular to support different operators and geographies

  • Secure crypto funds management with built-in automations (e.g., auto-sweeps, rebalancing)

  • A core revenue and trust surface, where small improvements have outsized impact on the operator and the business.

What You’ll Own

  • Full product lifecycle of the Cashier module, supported by a dedicated squad (designer, engineers, QA, delivery) and emerging internal LLM tooling

  • Commercial success of the module, owning key metrics such as conversion, uptime, approval rates, and withdrawal performance

  • The roadmap is yours to shape. You own the design and evolution of core capabilities of cashier beyond MVP, including:

    • Unified Cashier Experience - a seamless web/widget interface for deposits and withdrawals

    • Crypto-Native Speed - instant, secure, user-friendly on-chain deposits

    • Global FIAT Flexibility - integration with multiple FIAT providers across regions

    • Payment Recommendation - surfacing optimal payment methods based on user geography and behaviour

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a hands-on role. You will:

  • Run discovery - analysing user and operator behaviour, identifying problems worth solving, and validating assumptions before committing engineering effort

  • Define and maintain product artefacts covering problem statements, success metrics, constraints, assumptions, and decisions

  • Collaborate daily within your squad, not just providing requirements but ensuring shared understanding of goals, trade-offs, and outcomes

  • Use data actively and critically, ensuring tracking reflects reality and turning insights into concrete product decisions

  • Engage stakeholders with clarity and intent, gathering input and surfacing constraints while retaining ownership of prioritisation and trade-offs

Experience We’re Looking For

We don’t expect a unicorn - but we do expect strong fundamentals and relevant exposure.

Required:

  • 3+ years in a Product Management role

  • Experience owning products with complex backend logic (e.g. payments, fintech, platforms, or regulated systems)

  • Solid understanding of crypto fundamentals (wallets, on-/off-ramps, transaction lifecycle)

  • Comfort operating in environments with compliance and regulatory constraints

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to iGaming, high-risk merchants, or alternative payment methods

  • Experience working on cashier, payments, or funds-movement systems

You Will Enjoy This Role If…

  • You value real autonomy and want to own and shape a critical module end-to-end

  • You enjoy working directly with senior stakeholders on provider strategy and compliance logic, without layers of approval

  • You’re motivated by outcomes and impact, and want your success measured through tangible, commercial metrics - with rewards aligned to company performance

What kind of culture can I expect?
Mature, mission-driven, and low-ego. We value clarity over noise, outcomes over theatrics, and pace without chaos. If you’re one of the smartest minds in your craft and want to build with other experts, you’ll feel at home here.
