- The Role:This role is for a senior BCBA supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental diagnoses.
- The Person:The person will conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs and support staff, analyze client progress data, and work with caregivers and multidisciplinary teammates.
- Requirements:The ideal candidate has a master’s degree in a related field, coursework aligned to BACB requirements, active BCBA certification or eligibility, and current state licensure where applicable.
