SUMMARY:

Reporting analyst to support the development, configuration, and implementation of medium to large-scale initiatives within the Population Health domain. This role will work together with project teams, operational stakeholders, and organizational leadership to define project scope, execute report build and validation, and provide support during the implementation process.

Duration: 6 months with expected extension

Qualification Requirements:

● Cogito Certification - Clinical Data Model

● Significant experience with Epic reporting tools (e.g., Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer, RW SQL)

● Strong documentation and organizational skills

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills

● Ability to manage multiple priorities within structured timelines

Preferred Requirements:

● Experience supporting Epic Healthy Planet and/or Compass Rose module implementations

Example Scope of Work Initiatives:

● SDOH Reporting Expansion

● Collaborative Care Plans

● Predictive Modeling

● HEDIS: External clinical data implementation

Hourly range: $75-$85 per hour. The hourly range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, practice area, and other business and organizational needs.
