Job Description
As a Product Manager you will play a crucial role as the primary connection for the development team, guiding discussions and decisions that drive our product's vision and goals while working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with customer expectations.
- Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to understand integration needs and requirements, ensuring the product vision aligns with customer expectations.
- Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a product roadmap that reflects priorities and the strategic goals of the project.
- User Story Definition: Develop and prioritize user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring the development team has clarity on what needs to be delivered.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration between development, design, QA, and operations teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain continuous communication with stakeholders to ensure project progress aligns with business expectations and needs.
- Effective Communication: Fluent English is mandatory, with the ability to clearly articulate product needs to both technical and non-technical teams.
- Agile Methodologies: Experience working in agile environments and familiarity with practices such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Project Management Tools Experience: Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Azure and Trello.
- Experiencewith AI Technologies and the ability to leverage them to improve team processes and enhance productivity.
Automotive Industry Experience: Previous knowledge of the automotive sector and integration practices with OEMs.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with API integration technologies, including RESTful and SOAP, and experience working with DMS systems.
Future Vision: Interest in emerging technology trends and the ability to think strategically about the future of the product and its integrations.
Certifications: Certifications in product management or agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner - CSPO).
