- The Role:This role is for an intermediate business analyst supporting appraisal operations and CX operations at Clear Capital.
- The Person:The person will gather requirements, define project scope, write user stories and acceptance criteria, build dashboards and reports, and provide analysis, reporting, and support for performance improvement and customer requests.
- Requirements:The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience as a Junior Analyst, QA Analyst, Data Analyst, or Operations Associate, plus strong data analysis skills, Microsoft/Google experience, deep Excel/Sheets experience, and P&L experience.
About the role
The Business Analyst is responsible for providing strong analytical, process optimization, and project management support to Clear Capital’s CX Operations Group. Bring a pioneer spirit, a desire to be part of something that changes the valuation industry, and a drive to turn complex operational challenges into scalable solutions.
An intermediate individual contributor role, the Analyst provides in-depth analytical and strategic program support to several key initiatives simultaneously. This role goes beyond tactical support to drive strategic process improvement and bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Primary objectives include empowering the CX Organization with actionable insights through data analytics, ensuring project alignment with broader operational goals, and delivering transparent reporting to key stakeholders.
This position reports to the Senior Director, Appraisal Innovation Operations but works closely with the entirety of the CX Operational teams as well as finance, sales and product.
On occasion, this role will be asked to provide support and leadership to projects within the ASG and additional Clear Capital divisions as needed.
