$85,000–$95,000 + Performance Bonuses | Full Benefits | $1,000 Vacation Reimbursement

What You'll Do

 

As a BCBA, you'll have the opportunity to make a direct impact by:

• Conducting behavioral assessments and analyzing clinical data

• Developing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans

• Monitoring client progress and making data-driven treatment adjustments

• Training and supporting caregivers, families, and staff

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation

• Staying current with ABA best practices and ethical standards

 

What We're Looking For

 

• Current BCBA certification required

• Experience in ABA, special education, or a related field preferred

• Strong clinical, analytical, and communication skills
