Â
What You'll Be Responsible ForÂ
Define Product Quality StrategyÂ
- Own the end-to-end verification and validation strategy for robotic products.Â
- Develop test plans, quality gates, and release readiness criteria.Â
- Translate product risks into measurable verification activities and success metrics.Â
- Provide data-driven recommendations for product release decisions.Â
Lead System-Level VerificationÂ
- Drive testing of complex robotic systems including navigation, mapping, localization, obstacle avoidance, docking, charging, and cleaning performance.Â
- Validate connectivity, mobile app interactions, cloud services, and OTA software updates.Â
- Ensure products meet performance, reliability, robustness, and customer experience expectations.Â
Lead AI and Intelligent Feature VerificationÂ
- Develop validation approaches for AI-powered and machine learning features.Â
- Verify computer vision, object recognition, hazard detection, voice control, and intelligent automation capabilities.Â
- Assess real-world performance through laboratory, simulation, and field testing.Â
Drive Cross-Functional CollaborationÂ
- Partner with software, electronics, systems, AI, mobile, cloud, and product teams to identify risks early and improve product quality.Â
- Facilitate defect reviews, risk assessments, and engineering quality discussions.Â
- Align stakeholders around quality objectives and release readiness.Â
Build Quality Excellence Across the Supply ChainÂ
- Lead quality governance activities with development partners and suppliers.Â
- Review test strategies, execution evidence, and release recommendations.Â
- Drive continuous improvement in testing capability, quality processes, and engineering rigor.Â
Mentor and Develop OthersÂ
- Coach engineers on test strategy, system verification, problem solving, and quality best practices.Â
- Champion automation, simulation, Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL), and next-generation test methodologies.Â
- Foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.Â
Â
What We're Looking ForÂ
Essential QualificationsÂ
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline.Â
- Significant experience leading system verification, validation, testing, or quality engineering for complex products.Â
- Strong background in robotics, embedded systems, IoT, connected products, or consumer electronics.Â
- Deep understanding of system integration, root cause analysis, risk management, and release quality processes.Â
