- Requirements:The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience, 5+ years in a pre-sales or system engineering role, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.

Role Overview
With the continued growth of the company, we are currently looking for a Staff Solutions Engineer to provide technical pre-sales support on radio communications system opportunities for Public Safety, Industrial, Transportation and Utility markets. This Staff Solutions Engineer will serve as the trusted technical advisor for Eastern's Dealer Channel, partnering with Regional Channel Managers to develop winning technical strategies and deliver industry-leading communications solutions.
The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong customer engagement skills and enjoys solving difficult engineering problems, learning new technologies, collaborating across disciplines, and translating complex technical concepts into practical solutions.
