While our top-of-funnel AI tools focus on acquisition, we are now seeking a Commercial Enablement Lead to lead the development of our </span><span id="E148" class="qowt-font2-DMSans">Internal AI Copilot for the Client Portfolio Management team.</span></p>
<p id="E149" class="x-scope qowt-word-para-1"><span id="E150" class="qowt-font2-DMSans">This is a "Bottom of Funnel" mission-critical role. You will build AI-driven solutions that provide Account Managers with "Proactive Retention & Growth Intelligence." The Copilot will synthesize client transaction history, market trends, and risk indicators to help our CPMs reduce churn, identify upselling opportunities (e.g., cross-border payment flows or FX hedging), and maximize the lifetime value of every client.</span></p>
<p id="E151" class="qowt-stl-Heading2 x-scope qowt-word-para-2"><strong><span id="E154" class="qowt-font2-DMSans">Key Responsibilities</span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li id="E155" class="qowt-li-1_0 qowt-list x-scope qowt-word-para-4"><span id="E156" class="qowt-font2-DMSans">Roadmap for Retention & Growth:</span><span id="E157" class="qowt-font2-DMSans"> Define and execute the product strategy for the CPM AI Copilot, moving beyond simple data display to "Predictive Coaching."</span></li>
<li id="E158" class="qowt-li-1_0 qowt-list x-scope qowt-word-para-4"><span id="E159" class="qowt-font2-DMSans">Churn Prediction & Health Scoring:</span><span id="E160" class="qowt-font2-DMSans"> Collaborate with data science to integrate health scores into the Copilot, alerting CPMs to decreasing activity or potential "red flags" before they become issues.</span></li>
<li id="E161" class="qowt-li-1_0 qowt-list x-scope qowt-word-para-4"><span id="E162" class="qowt-font2-DMSans">Upsell & Cross-sell Intelligence:</span><span id="E163" class="qowt-font2-DMSans"> Design features that analyze client portfolios to suggest the next best product (e.g., suggesting a specific currency corridor or trade finance facility based on historical patterns).</span></li>
<li id="E164" class="qowt-li-1_0 qowt-list x-scope qowt-word-para-4"><span id="E165" class="qowt-font2-DMSans">Automated Relationship Management:</span><span id="E166" class="qowt-font2-DMSans"> Build tools that draft personalized "Portfolio Review" summaries and performance reports, allowing CPMs to focus on high-value advisory rather than manual data gathering.</span></li>
<li id="E167" class="qowt-li-1_0 qowt-list x-scope qowt-word-para-4"><span id="E168" class="qowt-font2-DMSans">Feedback Loop:</span><span id="E169" class="qowt-font2-DMSans"> Work deeply with the Client Portfolio Management teams to understand the friction in client retention and translate those needs into technical requirements.</span></li>

<ul>
<li id="E177" class="qowt-li-2_0 qowt-list x-scope qowt-word-para-4"><span id="E178" class="qowt-font2-DMSans">Experience:</span><span id="E179" class="qowt-font2-DMSans"> 3+ years in Product Management, specifically focusing on </span><span id="E180" class="qowt-font2-DMSans">Customer Success, Account Management tools, or Fintech retention strategies.</span></li>
<li id="E181" class="qowt-li-2_0 qowt-list x-scope qowt-word-para-5"><span id="E182" class="qowt-font2-DMSans">Preferred experience </span><span id="E183" class="qowt-font2-DMSans">ideally within an AI-first startup or a high-growth environment where you’ve built and scaled AI-driven products</span></li>
<li id="E184" class="qowt-li-2_0 qowt-list x-scope qowt-word-para-4"><span id="E185" class="qowt-font2-DMSans">AI/Technical Fluency:</span><span id="E186" class="qowt-font2-DMSans"> Strong understanding of LLMs and RAG. You should know how to use AI to <span class="qowt-font2-DMSans">summarize long-term client histories and transactional data into concise, actionable briefs.</span></span></li>
<li><span id="E188" class="qowt-font2-DMSans">Data-Driven Mindset:</span><span id="E189" class="qowt-font2-DMSans"> Experience with CRM data (Salesforce) and data lakes.</span></li>
