IT Infrastructure & Services Manager

What you will do
- Lead a team of 10+ and report to the Head of Department for IT Infrastructure.
- Own end-to-end availability, performance, and security of IT infrastructure.
- Plan, design, and implement infrastructure roadmaps.
- Ensure infrastructure and operations controls comply with MAS Technology Risk Management.
- Oversee security tooling, controls, and manage security operations.
- Coordinate with Cybersecurity, Risk, and Compliance teams on vulnerability management.
- Negotiate contracts, licenses, and renewals for infrastructure and security tooling, and manage vendors, contracts, and budgets.
What you will need
- 8–12 years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations.
- 3–5 years in a managerial or team lead capacity.
- Strong leadership, people management, and coaching skills.
- Experience in banking, financial services, fintech, or insurance sectors.
- Working knowledge of financial sector regulatory expectations around technology risk and cyber resilience.
- Familiarity with tech stack including WAF, SIEM, EDR/MDR, Proxy, and Security Architecture.
