Location & Compensation
- Location: KL Bangsar South (Hybrid)
- Compensation: RM 8,000-14,000 Basic + Benefits

Key Responsibilities
- Split your role equally between data engineering (50%) and analytics (50%).
- Identify and analyze trends, and conduct ad-hoc analyses to generate insights that support client decision-making.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand client needs, connect data sources, and deliver tailored solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement data pipelines to ingest and transform large volumes of data, and build scalable data models that power the core platform.
- Perform data integration and preparation, including ETL processes and data structure optimization, to streamline analysis workflows.

Requirements
- Educational background in Mathematics and Statistics, Analytics, Actuarial Science, or Data Science.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for working with numbers and converting data into actionable insights.
- Ability to define and solve ambiguous, open-ended business problems using exploratory and analytical approaches.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data transformation, cleaning, and preparation.
- Current experience in Data Analytics or as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or Business Intelligence professional, with a strong analytics background.
