- The Role:This role is for a technical implementation engineer supporting B2B customers using AI-driven content programmes on their websites.
- The Person:The person will implement customer setups end to end, troubleshoot website and infrastructure issues, validate fixes, and explain technical problems to customers and internal teams.
- Requirements:The ideal candidate has working knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, domains, reverse proxies, CDNs, caching, SSL, basic networking, webhooks, WordPress, and Cloudflare.
