Job Description:
Accountabilities:
- Assist Project Engineer and Managers in planning and executing project activities, across multi-disciplinary subsystems.
- Â Maintain and update project documentation and records for different functions and subsystems.
- Â Coordinate project schedules and monitor deadlines with different stakeholders.
- Â Prepare and follow up on project status reports and presentations.
- Â Identify and communicate potential project risks and issues to all relevant parties.
- Â Support project meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Â Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
Required Skills/ Knowledge:
- Education: Â Engineering degree or equivalent. Vocational training or an associate degree in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical or electrical technology) is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a technical role involving mechanical or electrical systems, preferably in the rail industry.
Skills:
- Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and software systems, preferably in rolling stock.
- Proficiency with computers, particularly in using MS Office suite (WORD / EXCEL / Powerpoint) for data analysis and presentation.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Fluent in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English languages
Education qualifications: Engineering Bachelor or Master degree
