Job Description:

Accountabilities:

  • Assist Project Engineer and Managers in planning and executing project activities, across multi-disciplinary subsystems.
  •  Maintain and update project documentation and records for different functions and subsystems.
  •  Coordinate project schedules and monitor deadlines with different stakeholders.
  •  Prepare and follow up on project status reports and presentations.
  •  Identify and communicate potential project risks and issues to all relevant parties.
  •  Support project meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  •  Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.

Required Skills/ Knowledge:

  • Education:  Engineering degree or equivalent. Vocational training or an associate degree in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical or electrical technology) is preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a technical role involving mechanical or electrical systems, preferably in the rail industry.

Skills:

  • Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and software systems, preferably in rolling stock.
  • Proficiency with computers, particularly in using MS Office suite (WORD / EXCEL / Powerpoint) for data analysis and presentation.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Fluent in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English languages

Education qualifications: Engineering Bachelor or Master degree
