This role plays a key part in the development and continuous improvement of our automation and robotics projects.
You will work on executing project designs with supplier’s support, optimizing existing processes, and driving efficiency and standardization across our manufacturing operations.

Activities mainly contribute to the design execution and development of automation and robotics projects.
The role includes also tasks linked to technical continuous improvement of existing processes with a focus on efficiency, design for manufacturing, and standardization.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Manage robotics and automation projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Conduct thorough technical and cost feasibility analyses for proposed projects.
- Assess the potential benefits and risks associated with each project.
- Liaise with suppliers from the bidding phase through to project realization and testing.
- Ensure suppliers meet quality and delivery standards.
- Work closely with factory operators to develop practical and efficient automation solutions.
- Ensure that implemented solutions align with operational needs and enhance productivity.
- Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to ensure smooth project execution.
Required Qualifications
- Education / Experience: Automation Engineering degree with proven professional experience; or equivalent experience.
- Specific knowledge CAD and 3D software (example: AutoCAD, PTC Creo..)
- Programming languages (example: C++, Python..)
- Fluent English.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with PLC programming and robotic systems.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
