The team

As the IT Area Lead of Data Management & Disclosures you will join the management team of WholeSale Banking Lending Tech and will set and drive the strategy to make all Wholesale Lending Data available, accessible, and ready for use.

The area has squads focused on Lending Data Products, Data Platform, Data Governance & Quality and Data Analytics with clear deliverables and implementation plans.

Roles and responsibilities

• Develop, coach, and inspire chapter leads, fostering a culture of empowerment, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders— Product Area Leads, Architects, Risk & Compliance and other IT Area Leads—to optimize business journeys and align technology outcomes with organizational priorities.  
• Drive innovation by promoting digitalization, automation and the use of ING Global offerings.
• Own knowledge management, pushing and evolving best practices, methodologies, and technical capabilities within the IT area.
• Oversee solution design and implementation, ensuring systems are reliable, scalable, secure and fit for production.
• IT Custodianship of our applications safeguarding governance and compliance across IT activities, ensuring adherence to internal policies, external regulations, and risk-control standards.
• Manage budgets - software expenses, work packages, people and service costs.
• Collaborate closely with our ING Hubs across the globe and our SSI partners
