- The Role:This role is for an onsite IT support professional supporting employees, devices, and day-to-day technical operations.
- The Person:The person will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, provision devices and accounts, support security incidents, track inventory, coordinate vendors and procurement, and document work in the ticketing system.
- Requirements:The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in help desk, desktop support, or onsite IT admin work, with familiarity with Windows/Mac OS, TCP/IP, DNS, Wi-Fi, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administration.

About The Role:
We are seeking a driven, hands-on Onsite IT Support Admin to be the go-to technical point of contact for our daily operations. In this role, you’ll be on the front lines untangling daily tech issues, provisioning gear for team members, and keeping our workspace running smoothly.
We want someone with solid foundational skills, high energy, and a relentless hunger to learn. If you are quick on your feet, love solving problems, and soak up feedback like a sponge, this is your launchpad. Working directly alongside senior engineers, you'll tackle day-to-day tickets while getting direct exposure to enterprise networking, security, and modern IT infrastructure.
